Comments: To Philadelphia to reun

At first quick glance I truly thought you had run the image through a Photoshop filter.
But what pleasure to realize that it was the actual view before your lens, untouched by modern means, and refreshingly low-tech (this said by one who cheerily uses any modern means at her disposal to achieve a given end). I was surprised at how pleased I was to realize that.
Never underestimate the power of glass and water to transform!

Thank you both. I didn't really realize that you could get this effect in photoshop, Desmene. I shall now have to try it on all of the slightly out of focus photos in my archives, of which there are many. Get ready, girls.
