Dear Dakota, my own not-so-humble opinion is that you yourself have far more wisdom, strength and hutzpah than you give yourself credit for. And that you could teach the spirit guides and nutritionists a thing or two, should you choose to.

Thank you for your vote of confidence. The problem is that I would have very little to write about were I not exploring the wowo. Then I might go back to filling these little spaces with vitriolic commentary about the leadership of this country, and that would be very bad for my spiritual development. The temptation is great, but I have resisted, thus far.
