Those are the most beautiful cookies I've ever seen! They make my mouth water. Faced with those, I couldn't last a day.
I can't seem to manage fasting, but try to eat sanely - and it has taken a long time to get there. My weight used to veer between 115 and 175, yo-yo-like, for a couple of decades. Call it a "bipolar eating disorder". I try to treat food like my friend now, but it isn't always easy. Other addictions are easy relative to this one: most people can give up their "substance", but I have to face it three times a day for the rest of my life.
Now, time for dinner.

Posted by margaret gunning at January 22, 2004 08:13 PMHi there Margaret!
You will be pleased to know that the cookies were a gift to a friend, and I did not touch a single one. Isn't photography wonderful; all that satisfaction without any calories.
Always lovely to hear from you.
